WTB: 26" wheelset, brakes, etc

Just picked up a 26" frame, so im looking for a wheelset for it (im on a budget, so im looking on the low end). I do have one front wheel that I could swap from my other bike when I need to, if someone only has a rear one to part with.

Im also looking for a set of disc brakes for it, let me know what you have.
