What nuance of red should have @Pearl paint his 2014 EM SS to get $1500 for it? Let’s debate.

That's true. They paint it whatever color the factory has from a previous run. Probably the same red as a Canyon or that Trek gravel bike. There's a bunch of bikes that are that color.

I would personally just do a sick candy apple red with flake like a '64 Impala.

I'll text Mike and ask if he knows what color it is. The email goes to some random dude at QBP.

I have 2 black ones. My old one and my older son's. Pinky is mine. Technically they're all mine.

About two weeks ago...

I'm done custom painting bike frames. The last (and first) one I did was about 40 years ago...no more, thanks. I need to do some patching up, the primer stop on the frame repair has started to annoy me...

I loved that Ti Salsa. So I like Ti. But I'm also cheap. I also figure I'm now 62 and don't need to blow my load on a 4500 Firefly frame. When it comes down to it I would love a nice bike but right now I'm looking for a new car, wheels , bumpers, radio for the my jeep and just rebuilt the Pivot Drive train with New Hope crank set.
I've had steel and its real but this bike just fits. If I were to go custom it would be 44 Bikes.
