What went wrong?

First, not enough cornmeal under the crust so it stuck to the pan while trying to slide it onto the grill. Then the stone was too hot. Wife wanted to try 700 degrees and that burnt the crust pretty quick. 550 worked better but we were running out of ingredients and called Antonios for the rescue dinner pie.
 
Family was craving Korean BBQ and our go to place changed so we went to a place in Pal Park that @Paul H mentioned. Thanks Paul, it was great. Walked around afterwards and stopped for some soybean / red bean Bingsoo for dessert.

Next time, there is a placed called Daeji SSonday in Ridgefield next to H-Mart. Try their pork ribs (daeji galbi). For the price, its pretty good. The place is BYOB so you can goto the liquor store inside the H-mart plaza and get whatever you want.

Not the typical cut for this prep, but my wife shopped, and they both fit in the pan, so who am I to argue?
