Been a bit. Had another long COVID flair-up. Vacation / Thanksgiving and Family stress drained my battery and sent me into tilt. Let myself get a little over confident in how much I can take on. Have been revisiting priorities. Will see how it works out. Bike riding and health are up there.
Broke out all the winter gear and did a local loop to try to get a restart.
