Uncle Jerry’s Home in Jersey City has been sold. His friend Art predeceased him 25+ years ago. They were co-owners of the property, and Art’s Niece’s who have always been kind to Jerry will finally be getting their inheritance. So we really didn’t have an option to keep the place.

Today we buried some of his ashes in the back yard and sprinkled a martini 🍸 over the spot. Hopefully, something he would have appreciated. I know I did.
