new extension is outstanding. amazing flow (better than the new timber???). will definitely be adding it to the rotation going forward. trail conference did a great job here

You most likely mean the Black Eagle extension. That's a continuation of Black Eagle over to Iron Mt.

No no there was supposed to be an additional trail or extension on hofferlein and there was a trail build maybe a month ago (?). Maybe I misheard or it was delayed

There was a go around talked about on Hofferlein at the midway point give or take. I might go check it out tomorrow. Have not made it over to wayway yet this year.

Taking hoff from the ranger station you’ll do the initial climb and go past the black eagle split. Keep an eye out on the left and just before the washed out downhill portion there is a new single track option.

Explored about 15 min ago. It comes right back to Hof. It just cuts out the shitty washout section - which is a plus!!

I rode it yesterday and it is horrendous. Needs some serious work and it only rides decent one way. Now with that said, the washed out section is gold if you know how to ride rocks. That top section launch down the trail is so awesome and whip central. I also am a rock guy and don't like flow trails very much so it is a great section.
