wanted m786(XT) rd and shifter(10speed)

Without reading this entire thread, you’re looking to do 11-46 10 speed? That was total kludge. Goat link or not. I have a wolf tooth 46t cog that works with 10 speed cassette you can have if you want (you lose whatever gear goes after the 11, I forget which exactly). But it sucked, you’re better off going 2x with a 11-36 (the fd Shimano came out with right before 1x went big was actually pretty good). Or just getting nx 11 or 12 for whatever crazy bargain it sells for.

On my anthem. @ilnadi , was there a goat link? I can’t remember. Didn’t get the rad cage. Xt bits. Might have had a longer b screw

What 11 speed RDR are you running now? I prefer the M7000GS (SLX) or M8000GS (XT) over the new 4120 series RDR. The new M5120 appears to replace the SLX M7000 but the M4120 does not have the clutch so that's would not be something I'd buy. Although looking around it's getting hard to find the M7000/M8000 at a as good of a price as a few weeks ago. The 46T cassette in that series looks interesting.
Note that in the M4100/m5100 Shimano is stating they both work for 10&11 confirming what may of us knew all along that the 11-speed RDR worked just fine on 10-speed.

I have an slx Rd I think it's the 7100 w.e. it was before going 12 speed
