Wanted Beater Bike for Deliveries for 5'10" Person

There is this friend I met on a beer line who now I got into delivery in NYC. He is looking for a beater bike. Something free to as little $ as possible would be nice. Need something complete or requiring little work. Tell me what u got!

I guess you could take the POSS but it would be minus wheels and crank. Actually, I still have the original wheels that came with the bike and you would prolly need a shifter. You know it's history so it would need some work to be road worthy.

@soundz Someone just gave me an old Schwinn CrissCross hybrid that I tuned up yesterday. It has 40C city tires on it and even has a rack. Yours if you want it. Looks to be about the right size (I'm 5'11). Looks like this (not actual pic, from interwebz):
