For those of you that read my other post about my mold issue, this is kind of a continuation. The mold remediation guys will be here on wednesday and thurday of next week, they have a re-construction division of their firm but suggested we get other estimates as well as we dont necessarily have to use them in the rebuild phase.
What were are looking at is 2 11ft x 8 ft walls thats will need to be insulated, sheetrocked, and taped. There is the potential for some wood/framing repair but I wont know that til next week. Im assuming the walls will be left open for inspection once the mold guys are done cleaning up. I guess we are going to have to submit this stuff to our insurance so the ability to provide documentation is needed.
If any of you guys are interested or can point me in the direction of a good contractor, please let me know. Thanks.
