I don’t really remember crashing much on my 26” hardtail, while the 26” full suspension I rode until I got my 29”, that was a well oiled OTB machine, as many in here have witnessed (that said, I crashed plenty my 29” too).I remember crashing for no apparent reasons on 26” wheeled rigid bikes back in the day. You try to tell the young people of today that and they won’t believe you…135mm stem with 22” bars and a saddle 3” above my handlebars is something I have no need to revisit. Add some 1.9” tires at 50psi that don’t work when wet. Sounds fun?
