Twist grip

Anyone know, can sram twist grip (rear) shifter be made to work with shimano rear derailer?

mine was picky about which sram der it would work with...no addl info.

It really depends on which model of shifter you have. Some were designed to work with Shimano's cable pull ratio, others can be adapted with something like the linked J-tek cam.
