Trailforks route planner

Has anyone had trouble with route planning on trailforks? I don't think I am doing anything differently but when I try to plan a route by clicking on trails the trails do not show up on the map. They have a new(ish) "draw on trails/map" function but that SUCKS. Anyone else had problems with this?

Tried it. Don’t like it. Never worked right for me.
