I bought my 2021 4R Venture for $46,000. Say what you want about KBB, but my private party value with 66k on it in very good condition is between $36,500 and $40,300,

Was bored so went to CarMax and was $35,000

I was also looking at the Ford Explorer ST but couldn't get into the interior vibe, the same details puts that car at $29,300 - $32,839, so I think it's a good choice... Granted my goal is to keep it long enough that my oldest can have it, but another 8 years is a long time for me to hold onto a vehicle lol
 
This is the best vehicle I've ever owned.....hands down. My '18 SR5 is at 191,000 miles and runs just as strong as brand new. In addition, there are no mystery noises that would drive me crazy. This is a great truck and a very fair price. GLWS.

Way more modern but still getting 19-21mpgs.

Agreed - I had a 14 SR5, I put the TRD suspension in it at around 50K. Drove it 125,000 miles before I sold it. I think besides a set of tires and brakes and about 10 oil changes, it ran like a top and went anywhere. The girl I sold it to was planning a huge USA tour and would use the truck as her mobile home !!! Definitely a VERY solid vehicle. GLWS
