We started slow with the tv and then Covid blew it out of the water. It became a weekend crutch, and when it was time for the tv to go off it was like a warzone in the house. It was a rough few weeks when we decided to pull the plug, but not long after we did an 800 mile road trip with no screens. It was easier than the road trip we did last summer with tablets.

Edit: I don’t wear it as a badge of pride, just relaying our story. It no longer worked for us, and as unbelievable as it sounds, it’s possible to cut out the screen time. Says the guy on his phone.
 
It’s a little thing but Back in the early fall I lost one of these toe covers and gave up searching for it after checking and rechecking all the usual places where my bike stuff is. went to get something from the basement last night and found the missing one in a bag of wife’s misc stuff that I would never have looked in. Said bag was previously in the garage so it’s possible it fell in at some point is the theory.

Thread 'Raritan 911: Robocop'

I've been thinking of doing a work-related blog for some time now. You see, I love bikes and I've met some great people on here and I'd like to contribute more than I do. But no one wants to read about my 90 minute rides at a moderate pace. Or that I finished DFL at the last Cat 4/5 CX race. Hell, I don't want to write that, let alone read it.

In social situations, I am routinely asked, "Got any funny cop stories?" Sure, I see some weird shit. What kind of funny do you want? Sad? Hilarious? Just plain unbelievable? Sometimes I'm not sure what direction to go in because I don't...
