Finally getting funding and permits approved for a long awaited addition. Will be adding around 1400sqft to our 1100sqft house. The kids and thier crap aren't getting any smaller so the space is needed. Hopefully some dirt will be moved by the EOM.

Originally in the frown thread, BUT, I took a second look today and saw the tree did NOT fall across the trail as it first appeared,
but alongside the trail that makes a sharp right, and now I can trim branches off the one side making the trail open again.

Yeah, correction, ours got completed over the summer of 2009 from Jun to Sept. We had 2 houses at the time and stayed out of the way.

We are in an RV in the back yard... 2 kids and a dog. Not bad so far!
