Yesterday was 28 years she’s been putting up with me. Technically 33 if you include the time we dated/engaged.

Nice movie dinner and drinks last night without any chaos and drama at home for a change was nice.

Just met with two realtors and chose one to list our NJ townhouse. Looks like we will finally be selling a place during a strong sellers market (#4). Let's see how it goes...

Update - on the market for 2 days and just got an offer for $25K more than list price. Seems too good to be true compared to our last house sale in 2019 which was the complete opposite. That one took almost 1 year and the price kept coming down. If this goes thru, we will be outta here end of august.

There's another coming tomorrow. We listed higher than any recent comps - this buyer seems desperate.

Covid really changed everything. Price of homes and autos especially. Congratulations on getting offers.
