1 -Are horses allowed at the Tourne?
2 - What is the deal with the log pile at the beginning of the red trail on the mountain lakes side. It was there last year, removed earlier in the season, and now there is a partial pile that is not well constructed. My 2 pennies: it should either be done right, or removed.

I have seen horses at the Tourne before but I don't know the official ruling. I would guess yes 'cause if mtn. bikes are allowed you can be sure horses are.

That log pile was a good one last year but you are right it is now a mess and should be removed or rebuilt. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the official ruling would be to remove it.
