Sure would be awesome if they gave that land to the town so it could be made into park. What is the hazard on the property? Chemical dump? Radioactive dump?
 
Yeah I remember that explosion also. Just what the area needs more buildings. I was hoping they would turn it into a park. NJ progress at its best. While Newark and its surrounding areas have boatloads of vaccant and abandoned warehouses.
 
Oh yeah. Back when the explosion occurred, I was living in Denville, but that week I was house/dog sitting in Roxbury, which got me nice and close to the loudness.
 
Knock that bluebird house out in less then 40 minutes. This will be house number 2, bring on the bluebirds...

@woody ,Thats the climb going up toward cushetunk from the out and back trail. That fatbike gets great traction and you have the enging to power it, nice job.

Guess where 26er has his thumb.
