Repack Rush
When I did it. You stopped and changed bikes. Must be different now..Repack Rush is that video game skills section. I just did it, it's not a MTB course. At least it wasn't for me.
Don't you need to pick some specific bike to be able to ride it?
I did a gravel loop of Acadia on Rouvy the other day. I have to admit it was pretty good. The sun was shining and people were walking and riding in shorts. Coulda used some crunchy sound effects and some pine tree scented air freshener, though. We;ve gotten to the point where people want to ride gravel even inside? What's this world coming to?
Honestly. I don't really like any type of indoor cycling but desperate times call for desperate measures. I thought I had bikes for all conditions but this winter proved me wrong. Looks like we'll get some significant melting in the coming days but mud season...I have to say, I don't get the allure of riding virtual gravel at all, but to each their own.
My power is back to wear I was in 2020. ❤️
It's getting nice out and trails will be ridable soon. 🤞🏼
Waking up this morning with my knees completely locked up. I've paused my trainer road subscription. It's to much for an old guy like me.

It might be? . It's really close to my gravel bike fit. It feels the same when riding both. I thinks it's the constant pedaling, higher cadence, sustained power with interval work. Plus I'm 54 and just sorta winging it.Surely this is just a result of your indoor fit being out of whack, no? Every thing that's wrong gets magnified threefold in a static position for an hour at a time.
You can work with Tim over a video call. They can still get all the angles right and make sure that Zwift bike is optimized. It might be? . It's really close to my gravel bike fit.
