The Indoor Cyclist's support thread

I have to say, I don't get the allure of riding virtual gravel at all, but to each their own.
Honestly. I don't really like any type of indoor cycling but desperate times call for desperate measures. I thought I had bikes for all conditions but this winter proved me wrong. Looks like we'll get some significant melting in the coming days but mud season...

It's working

I pulled something on the back of my right knee. March 29 Is my last training day before MKF. Not sure I'm continuing after that

I paused my subscription on the 18 1 day before the above FTP increase starts.
Now it says it's staying the same even though it's the same 2 workouts as before the pause.
Go figure! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Surely this is just a result of your indoor fit being out of whack, no? Every thing that's wrong gets magnified threefold in a static position for an hour at a time.
It might be? . It's really close to my gravel bike fit. It feels the same when riding both. I thinks it's the constant pedaling, higher cadence, sustained power with interval work. Plus I'm 54 and just sorta winging it.

You can work with Tim over a video call. They can still get all the angles right and make sure that Zwift bike is optimized.
