I do body weight and you can make some good gains and get yourself in pretty good shape. When I am strict on it for 30-40 minutes every day I see great results and don't get injured working out as I do with weights. get some kettlebells and keep up with itSince this is my thread now... I used to be a runner.. Not anymore, I get really bad shin splints.I work out in my back yard and garage, I want to get a pull up bar in my garage attached to the joist. My basement is to low for that. Dude you so fucking close do you ever run? I need a buddy to run with to get my ass out.

It has been a swamp down here Mike. While some trails are dry as they are sand others are not. If I had to make a vote yesterday I would have said no. Hopefully you teach sustainability in these classes as the next generation is at play.I heard that “conditions were perfect” mid day today...
Which conflicts with the previous reports... just wondering if the previous reports were speculation or you actually saw the trail conditions...

Bro, it could be 4” of mud and there are people that would ride here and say conditions are fine. Are you that dense? You are responsible not only for teaching those kids riding but sustainability as well. Sometimes things dry out sometimes they don’t, in your case it probably had to be called last night.That exactly what I did... so we cancelled practice but some still rode there and now I’m getting “conditions were perfect”, “we could’ve had practice”...
Plus I’m seeing reports on facebook and strava from people who rode there today that conditions were perfect.
