How were the puddles? On their way out?
I’m really bad with trail names (I never even look at them) but going CCW the trails after the gnome’s the ones that head back down to that wood pump track thing from your photo are a mess. Standing water in most depressions and the remaining depressions have rim deep mud. I REALLY didn’t feel comfortable riding that section. Rest of the park as mint though. How were the puddles? That was nothing compared to the upper Eastern Woods trail, which I think you skipped. Based on your Strava post, I'm sorry I didn't warn about bees instead of puddles!I’m really bad with trail names (I never even look at them) but going CCW the trails after the gnome’s the ones that head back down to that wood pump track thing from your photo are a mess. Same place I was. I saw two woman today, one in the parking lot when I got there, another as I just got onto the trail, guessing one of them was you.
I was thinking, "where in the world would someone put up a statue of a rider on a crotch-rocket..?" but it would definitely be appropriate there. Is that Isle of Man?
I had the burgundy pickup near the porta-potties, was talking to guy named John(?). Were you parked by the entrance?@Bikeworks maybe I was parked next to you? I finished as you were headed out? Other gal was heading into trail as I left.
