Only place I can think of in Milburn is sm. Technically off limits to bikes but noone (important) seems to care. Trails aren't great tho

Mental note: check the event schedule before pre-purchasing your ticket to ensure there isn't an enduro race and therefore something like 500 riders on the mtn... that said, despite long lines for the lifts, it was a good day.

New helmet day, bought from the discount rack at a shop in NC:

Despite a 160/160 bike being on the shorter travel end of the spectrum these days, I didn't really feel under-biked and kept up with guys on newer and full-in DH bikes.

Yeah, SM is technically off limits but this one separated section is not part of the res, I guess, so mountain biking is allowed. I think it's a great trail loop if in the area.
