Something told me I wasn't feeling 100% today, but tried to get some time on the Megatower anyway... legs and lungs did not like that decision... probably should have done an easy road ride instead.

Those are some awesome shots. What was the avg temps you were riding in? Also, where? The snow banks along the roads are wild.

Thanks! This was in Rocky Mountain National Park. It's a nice gravel road that's closed to cars for the winter but, the snow covers the upper section of the road for most of that time as well so it's not passable. They recently plowed the road so we had a small window where you can actually ride to the top without dealing with all of the car traffic.

We started the ride with temps in the 60's and it probably dropped to the mid-high 40's at the top. The wind coming over the mountains was brutal but we only had to deal with it during the last few switchbacks.
