Tapatalk Refresh

Anyone else having an issue with refreshing the board in timeline view on tapatalk?

Running Android 4.4, Tapatalk 4.4.1 - I keep tapatalk in timeline view, and when I open it, it shows the same listing of threads from when I last viewed. These could be hours or days old. If I hit the refresh icon in the upper right hand corner, the app displays "No Topic". I have to back out to my listing of subscribed forums, select MTBNJ, then it will reload the board.

Known issue or user incompetence?

It's an issue with the app, I posted about the same thing a while back. I usually clear the cache from the settings menu in tapatalk and that fixes it.

I didn't mind the older version of the app (3?) but the newer one is total bloated crap.

If I keep pressing back button until I get to the part where you have to select the forum. Then click on the mtbNJ icon and that refreshes it for me.

The older version was better. I feel like I have to go through all these extra steps just to get to recent posts. The older version always opened where I left off by default.
