Tandem.....

Been toying with the idea of picking up a tandem (N+2?!?!?). I'd prefer a mountain bike or gravel friendly road bike with disc brakes but would consider other options for the right price. I've been watching marketplace and craigslist for the last month or so but haven't quite found what I'm after yet. I'm 5'10" stoker is a bit shorter than me. Probably a long shot but I thought I'm post just in case anyone has one laying around they've been considering parting ways with.

All I know is that I saw a couple on a tandem road bike the other day and the rider in the back had a butt about 4 inches from her face... Lol

I have a tangerine Cannondale Los dos MTB that I’ll be selling soon, it’s in great condition and rides great. Just built a fat tandem so won’t be using it much if at all anymore. Size is 20/16, I’m 5’10” and it fits good. Has rim brakes, I swapped in a Rock Shox fork that will accept either but didn’t get to the build new wheel/ add a disc up front part.

I'd be interested in that. Keep me posted!

Can't quite tell from the picture what brand it is or style of bike really. But I'd be interested in knowing more, if you could snap a few pictures at your convenience, I would appreciate it!
It's hanging from the rafters and I can't get it down by myself. This is the best I could do!

If you're after gravel/MTB tandem, Surly Big Dummy builds sometimes get converted into tandem setups. Not as common, but worth a look. Disc brakes will make life a lot easier if you're hauling down hills
