If you have OCD about your gear it does lol. The boat, the downriggers and a bunch of lure boxes are in the shed but all rods, reels and a 72" shaft trolling motor clog my house 😂

Yup, all nice a toasty next to the furnace. This utility room is one of the main reasons I bought this house. Enter from garage, across the mud room and laundry room and into the utility room/bike shop.

I feel like I live in a nice neighborhood & my bikes are in my garage 😔 but I did just put up black out curtains and faux stain glass on the smaller garage door windows so you can't see in.

Most of my bikes that see regular use stay in the garage. It's effectively unattached.....well attached by an unheated breezeway.

Space is limited, so the ones I don't ride are hanging in the unfinished basement. But I have zero concerns about them being in a cold garage. Seems like the appropriate place to me. But only one is carbon so....
