Spoke and nipple recommendations

Going to build my own wheels this winter. Narrowed down the wheels to either the DT Swiss EX511 or Stans Flow Mk4 and going to continue to use DT Swiss 350 hubs. Interested in opinions on spokes and nipples, DT Swiss or Sapin? Like the idea of using aluminum Sapin nipples to add a bit of color, but form < function. Also could use recommendation on spoke length calculator.

Bike, SC Bronson 27.5, rider weight 215 lbs, riding style aggressive trail and bike parks.

For your use case, sounds like brass nips (hot) and either Sapim Strong or DT Alpines.

If you're not particularly hard on wheels, aluminum nipples would probably be fine.
