Somerset County roads closed

Didn't know about Lake Rd. - thanks for the heads up. If it hasn't started already, one of the bridges on Black River Rd. between Pottersville and Lamington Rd. is going to be under construction so a portion of that road will be closed. Technically Hunterdon County, but very close to Somerset.
 
Looks like they are working on Woodfern where it meets up with Three Bridges Road. Went by there yesterday and there was no pavement.
 
Has anyone heard any updates on the manville causeway bridge? My friend was launching a boat at the millstone boat launch on that road and had to pass a cop blocking the end of the road. He asked him when it was supposed to be open and he told them the company couldn't afford to finish it due to some expenses related to the last flood on the canal. I guess some of there equipment was damaged. That sucks if its true. That closure really screws up traffic in the area. Especially amwell rd at millstone.
 
^ That does suck. Traffic's been a little better since schools are out but it still blows, especially in the evening.

On a positive for those who don't yet know, E. Mountain road is finished and open from 601 past sourland mountain preserve to Amwell.
