Hey throwing this here first, before marketplace, in case a real mountain biker may be interested. Might be a good bike in the right situation. I've been using this to bust around town, take it into the city. But with the demand of used bikes being what it is, I think it's time for a new home. I'm asking $700. Mechanically this bike has no issues whatsoever.
2008 or so Turner Flux. large and yep tubed 26" wheels. 4" rear, 100" mm front. both shocks hold air and don't leak oil.
Carbon bars (a bit narrow), Cross max xl wheels, tires in prefect shape, 100 mm stem, i can throw in a 50mm stem. 3X9, mostly XT components, king headset
Bike was grade A back in the day. Yeah, modern geometry has changed things, but for the better part, aren't we riding the same trails? I'm seeing newbs riding bikes that are way less capable than this.
bike fits 5'-9" to 6'-1", I'd say as larges go, it might tend smaller, like a medium/L. With a 50mm stem, I think a 5'5" person would be OK. (i'm 6'-1 and ride it pictured)
