The whole sourlands is what you are talking about, which is why people ride there to make them feel good because you can fly up the climbs.

But, I know the shizzle for your rizzle.

The opening climb of Covered Bridges, 1.8 mile, 3% :

But it actually continues up further than this and I just made this segment to show it, 4.3 miles, 2%. There are "steeper" pitches but nothing prolonged and bothing over 4-5%:

NJ 12 out of Frenchtown is very consistent too not steep section, this is the downhill segment, 1.7 mile, 3% (very wide road, shoulder)

The Mount Airy Climb, 1.4 mile, 3%, steeper at start but last 2/3's is consistent
