I seriously do not understand these guys, but this time it worked out great, and was silky smooth to deal with...
My wife got a new-to-her 2022 Traverse in march, came with 3 months free trial that ended on Saturday. I called in to get the service (possibly) re-activated, and just asked for the best promotional deal to re-activate (without giving them my existing account info, just the radio ID #)....was quickly offered (for music & entertainment package) $3.99 per month, plus taxes, etc...So $4 and change. I said OK, THEN gave them my existing account number to add this vehicle. Once it was all done and confirmed, when he asked if there was anything else he could do for me, I said, "Yeah, give me that same price on my other 4 cars that I am currently paying $7.99/month since renewing in March".... He checked, and actually updated those to the same $3.99/month deal. Something about being a loyal customer since 2009... I went from paying about $35/month for all 4 cars to $26/month for all 5 cars.
It seems like I either get the super helpful, easy to deal with rep, or the hard-ass rep that will do nothing for you....no in between! I am good for the next 12 months, let's see what happens next year...
