There's a Major Car Wash (next to Krazy House Customs) on Rt 1 15 minutes south of 6mile. 40.404027,-74.548534

I pressure wash my mtb and cx bike all the time (not the hubs or bb though).

I don't advise pressure washing but just get a pressure washer that plugs into car.

I might have to find one of these...

Also in a pinch, a garden sprayer works.
This helped keep the peace before I had a garage and a garden hose at home.

+1 on the garden sprayer. Cheap. Portable. I started taking one with me when racing DH (which doesn't stop due to a muddy course) many years ago.

Regardless... why you need to wash your bike after 6 Mile?:getsome:

The infamous 6M dusting. On your bike, on your shins... everywhere! :p

Chemical sprayer at Lowes. The pump up kind is $7 for a 1 gallon which is enough to get 1 bike from filthy to clean. I wash my bike with one while its on the rack.

Eh... I keep a rag in the car to wet and wipe down the legs. Wash the bike when I get home.

I am convinced it is part of Halter's repeat maintenance business strategy. Nothing kills drivetrains like that dust or mud.
