anyone else with ties to Norcal? lived in santa rosa from 89 to 93 and kenwood from 93 to 2000. i believe the apt. i lived in for 3 yrs is gone and quite possibly the 1st house my wife and i bought in kenwwood. my oldest was born in santa rosa and lived his 1st 4 years in kenwood beautiful area. still have many friends there who lost everything.

Don't know anyone that far north. Have family near Santa Cruz. Total devastation out there... Sorry to hear about your friends. Hope they're safe.

yup my Uncle who i just visited with this past summer and who is selling is watching the fire creep closer. He says they been warned to evacuate in next day or 2.

We spent a week in Kenwood a few years back, pretty sure the entire area we were is completely gone. Really, really devastating.
