Riding plants

Im looking for some suggestions on tapered leg riding pants. Normally I do baggy shorts over Under Armor/Nike Pro leggings, but as the temps drop I may want full length coverage. Doesnt have to be a "winter pant" so to speak, just something that's full legged and slightly baggy.

Club Ride for the win

I like Club Ride pants, they are not tight, have room at the knees for pads, 2 zipped pockets and 2 normal pockets…they are my “go to” pants!
I assume the fat jacks? Since they have those other ones now too.

I am on my second pair of fat jacks and they are great, flexible, water and wind resistant.

Use code nica 20 since I know you would have been a nica coach if it was around when your kids were into riding

How do they fit? I'm in between sizes, not sure if I would go with what's closest or go next size up with a belt.....

They are a slim fit, I am right between a medium and a large and have actually worn both. They do have stretch to them. Look at the return policy and you may be able to get both and return one.

I bought some endura pants recently, and really like them. I’ve heard really good things about the fox ranger pants but they were sold out everywhere the last time I checked.

I can’t believe I’m just now trying full length pants. So much more convenient than warmers or tights which I wore for years.

Currently looking at Endura MT500 pants. Seems to be what I'm looking for and I have a few other items of theirs that i like.

For colder times, I run 45nrth Naughvind Pants. They're surprisingly light and also extremely warm. They have a zipper and velcro thing at the bottom to slip over boots or cinch down if you're wearing regular shoes.

What's your thoughts on the Specialized stuff? Been looking at that, too

My go to lately has been troy lee skyline pant. It's a summer pant but that little bit of space is just enough to stay warm on cold days .

I like Goldrush over Fat Jacks - not as slim fit yet equally comfortable with or without base layers, and built-in tensioning. Can also pass for casual work pants.

45NRTH Naughtvind are my goto when it's snowing. Cuffs are just wide enough to slip over Wolvhammer boots--no gaiter needed. The triangular zippered pocket is weird, but doesn't hinder anything.

Other days it's Fox Racing Defend Fire pants. I actually prefer these over the Naughtvinds in terms of fit and style, but the elastic cuffs won't stretch over boots.

In the 40°F, I like the TLD Sprint or Skyline pants.

I wanted to like these but having to size up the higher size was just too big. My son has them and they are nice.
