Riding in Tuscany, or where to rent a road or mountain bike?

I'm going to Italy with the wife and kids in a month or so. I'm traveling a few places but will be in Tuscany for 4 straight days. I'll be staying at a place called https://palagina.it/

It looks like it a little south east of Florence. I will check out the internet, but has anybody ever biked or hiked in this area? I would do mountain or road, just looking to get out for a few rides while I'm there. I guess i'd prefer mountain, but if that's not feasible, I'll go for road.

Thanks.

Paging the local Florence guy @serviceguy
Unfortunately not my stomping ground, the place is halfway between Florence and Arezzo, the closest town being Figline Val D'Arno. I'm sure there's plenty of unpaved roads at every turns but I never actually rode there. He will be next door to Sting's place, Il Palagio (Palagina means the little Palagio)...I hear that for a nice fee you're allowed to work there...

There are no villas available in Tuscany.
Call me "Maestro"

greatest show ever, with starsky and hutch a close second! Just looked it up, starting airing in 1975, no wonder I was terrified of satan worshipers. I was 7! huggie bear.

maybe Dan tana a close third, having your car in your living room. Now we're talking!
Can't have this discussion without mentioning CHiPs

I have no idea, but if they were I'm sure they would advertise it. It's possible at one point the properties were connected, like ages ago...I'm sure the locals will have plenty of history to entertain you.
