This isn't that hard to do programatically, but not as a search

translate everything that isn't a number to a blank
do a length on each remaining number - (cause leading zeros stop from using sort)
pick the highest from each name (ie 1rick11-1943 would be 4)
reverse numeric sort
pick it off the top.
