Planning to sell my '11 SWORKS hardtail and a friend of mine is interested. I'll give him a better than fair price but I don't know what that is! Just about everything but the frame has been replaced over the years.
'11 SWORKS frame. The stiff one. They softened it up in '12 IIRC.

Bad:
Rear wheel was starting to break spokes - a rebuild would be smart
Front wheel dish is off by 5mm (centerlock disc, boost axle)
Rear brake caliper has a piston not retracting properly but it's still fully rideable
