Bolt on axle to replace the qr on the old spank spoon hub on my DJ. Even with built in tensioners, the qr has moved on me and I’ve dropped the chain on the BMX track. Astonished I was still able to find the part.

Loving the new Closeout LaBomba frame too…little extra reach compared to thenold one feels great!

I like ESI grips because of the arthritis in my hands. If I rip a grip enough to replace buy a new set and just replace the one grip. Not a fanatic about one looks cleaner than the other bc it matches after a few rides. Also, I have another replacement grip. Don't call me cheap just frugal.

5mm will lower the head tube angle by approximately .25 deg I think, but it also affects seat tube angle and bottom bracket height obviously. How about an angle set or whatever it's called? I don't think Cane Creek sells them anymore but there's some from Works Component of even Wolftooth still available.
