Post a picture of your next bike part or mtb gear on order!

Been a trp dhr evo fan for a long time but trying something different for my park bike this year . Was close to trying those lewis brakes but decided to go with a classic instead, and I already have a healthy stock of pads as trp use the same pad .

Mentioning "TRP" and "for a long time" in the same sentence makes me feel old... it feels like they were released a couple of years ago...

He’s young and easily influenced. Guy actually believed that Tektro made good brakes. 🤣

This stuff is magic. I wash my hands (sometimes literally) a hundred times a day. This is the only moisturizer that keeps my knuckles from bleeding all Winter.
yup - especially good for preventing split fingertips too. I use at night right before lights out so that it has more time to get absorbed.

Hoping/trying to rework my wife's old Flash 29 hardtail for an upcoming multi-day stage race. The old lefty is shot so I'm going to convert it to a RS Boost fork with the original lefty hub/wheelset....in theory it'll work....

Another piece of the Flash 29 puzzle. A local takeoff.

What is the stage race? What year is the Flash and Lefty? In theory yes it might work, but why not just build a boost hub front wheel, or find 1 on FB Marketplace, or from someone on this forum?

The headset conversion is a no brainer if switching to a RockShox fork. The hub? I don't know.

When you say the Lefty is shot, which one is it and what's wrong with it? Did you ask MendonCycleSmith about it if it's an older one with a boot?

100% I'd look for a $65 front wheel Boost wheel from someone before a weird adapter. But I guess the adapter should work and actually be secure if it involves removing the threaded cap and threading in a cap that retains a new axle.
