So when only a few have the problem, then the few have a problem! And I figured it out. There is a setting in tapatalk to either attach images for upload to the bb s/w or upload it to tapatalk servers and link them.

I had it set to tapatalk -where I do not have a paid account. Thus the incorrect error message

This is in the '...' Menu under photo sharing. Set it to attachment!

Thanks Pat! been wondering why it didn't work anymore for months. I guess an update changed the default...
