I've used vistaprint several times in the past, most recently about a year ago. I'm still alive. For now.

I bought a big batch from them several many years ago.
Then online banking happened.
I still use them even though the address is from like 3 moves ago.

I've ordered from checks unlimited in the past: https://www.checksunlimited.com/ I think it still works out cheaper than the bank if you apply one of the special offer codes on the site, but I'm not 100% sure because it's been a long time since I've needed to order checks.
