OOS MOGA

So.... same title... more money... less work.... sounds like a no brainer no?

Yeah up till this point I've had no issues with promotions due to staying under under the same VP but I got a new director and I'm afraid he's going to try to lock me on this sinking ship. I'm trying to jack sparrow this shit and I have the a career changing opportunity to work for someone who can't keep people long enough without them being promoted. I just have a VP and Director telling them that my previous promotions lock me into my position and they can't have me till the clock is up. Lets see what wins out.

Nothing yet, still haven't decided, feel free to let me know if you have anything.
Feel free to try a set of 4.7” Veerubber Bulldozers with Silica that I have sitting in the garage. If you like them we could work out a price. Just fair warning they are snow specific.

What's your company policy on this?
In my previous company... in order to move departments, the current supervisor had to approve.

I have to wait for my time to run out unless to meet business needs. I have a feeling this is going to go over my VPs head since the team that wants me has a higher need and I've trained replacements. Her approval only counts till they say other wise, I have a feeling I will be stuck till year end then its new bike money time.

I've never been to tourne, but I'm pretty sure the pace (especially there) will be a little too quick for me. I rode wildcat with a few in that group and they were so damn fast, they didn't even realize they ditched me?

fun friday is a laid back ride - stop at the top of climbs to regroup - and actually let the last person rest.
we make sure everyone makes the turns, so nobody gets lost.

really, try it!

Also might know someone selling a Fox Rhythm 34 120 27+ fork off of a large 2018 Chameleon. Think it only has 2 rides. Not sure what they want for it, maybe 300?
