I made it to the Stephen's ride. This song played on my ride home and I thought it fit how I did.

Jay....don't kid yourself. You did awesome out there. Let's be real....we did a straight up climb to the top of Stephen's which can be a bit daunting if you're not used to this much elevation.

Keep in mind, you were the only OOS rider that showed up; jersey and all. The others came up with lame excuses for bailing.

I had a lot of fun, I just thought it was really funny that song played on the ride home! I appreciated that y'all waited up for me. I think I need either a smaller front ring or stronger legs for next time though, that 32-42 just wasn't enough. I'll definitely be back for more as soon as I can!

I made this mistake and didn't ride for a month before then. Sucks being last up the hill and the first thing that you hear is everyone rested lets roll

It motivates me to try harder until I just flat out can't anymore. They were all cool about giving me a minute to get my heart rate down below hummingbird before going on so it's all good!

Anyone get out today? I snuck out for a quickish spin through the snow at Wayway. Loving the Knolly! It eats rocks for breakfast. Got back to my Jeep and who was parked next to me ? None other than the "Trail Boss" himself !
