OOS MOGA

Beer or two every other day
It's the other days which is preserving my liver
On average a man that drinks 1-2 drinks a day lives longer than anyone else. If you don’t drink at all the only people that die younger are those with severe alcoholism. There are a lot of benefits in alcohol and beer and wine, myself I usually drink more wine in the fall and winter than beer

Your on the other end of it I at the stage where their job is to find a way to kill them selves in the dumbest ways. 100% supervision is needed
I took my kids on a bike trailer everywhere or just pushed them somewhere. We went to the park almost every day. I got plenty of exercise

I know exactly what your saying because we are in pretty similar situations with our wives schedules when only 1 parent is around 100% of what you do is your child. I also think if we tried hard enough we could find time for other things albeit not at Walt’s current saintly level lol
Hardest part was coaching girls soccer, i didn't play the sport so was already tough there. The parents are the terrible, but some of the other coaches were the worst. Running up scores and always playing the best kids really annoyed me.

Yea but it wasn’t the year of the thunderstorm lol it has sucked it seems like it is always raining but your right we go to the park run to the pizza place. If you try you can find ways. I made max get a child carrier so now when are wives are working we can do some good rucking with our kids on our backs it is an awesome workout hiking with an extra 30-45 lbs on your back

I am not against drinking, did a lot of it when I was young. Never been much into wine, probably because my father worked in the industry and I had plenty available. I do love beer, more specifically German unfiltered beer (Paulaner, Erdinger that kind of stuff), the IPA thing? I don’t even know what that is. That said, is the ‘living longer’ thing a fact?

My brother is going through that except he was a really good player he stays calm even though they aren’t great. I don’t think I could coach I’m a lil bit of a hot head

We used to backpack with the kids at the national parks in China. Having the Baby Born up front and the strollers strapped to the back made for good balance. I miss having them tiny, enjoy it now, they grow fast.

What kind of wines do you like best?
Good and cheap lol I rarely have the quality of wines I really like because can’t afford it only special occasions. I tend to have light earthy wines like Malbec and Pinot noir but love good cabs, Barolos, amarones I could keep going but no one is interested. I am more into crazy beer because it is more affordable

The skills will come around, most important was for everyone to play their position and not have everyone converge on the ball. It's funny to watch, but can be frustrating to coach

IPA is an inexpensive why to make beer, thus all the craft brewery’s. . It was made to ship to India without spoiling
My father in-law worked as a Brew master at anheuser Busch, he hates the beers I drink and loves to tell me why they’re horrible.

I personally like PNW cabs but MrsQ collects the French reds. It's hard finding winners now without spending 40-50. And then you need at least 6 bottles to age so I know what you mean about getting expensive fast. But remember wine is really about futures. Stock up ones in the 20-30 range. Anything less is mostly drink nows.

That's actually very true, the dank unfiltered beers popular now is somewhat insulting to seasoned Brewers. Get a beer light in color and clear takes much skill

Did you find out what was the problem? Are you running with newish sneakers? My trainers are starting to wear and they are only supposed to have 300 miles before replacing. I usually run for 400-500 before changing and it's probably getting close.
It feels like I bruised it somehow. Not sure what happened. Never put much thought into what shoes I wear for running. I've only been wearing one shoe brand for the past fifteen years or so: https://www.vivobarefoot.com/us
I find that I get too much joint pain with regular running shoes.

My son hates not being able to put his feet on the ground, be prepared to see him fight his way out

Meh I'm gonna die after the alcoholics I'm cool with that. I don't drink because I always drive and I always drive because my wife is a very passive driver and it makes me crazy.

My wife asked me if I would coach when our son starts playing, fuck that not worth the stress of parents.

Can you elaborate? I never had any wine in my life
