I rode the rigid fat bike on the last OOS ride there and it was fine.I do need to clock a serious ride (by OOS standard at least). What type of ride are you planning? I don’t have any suspension fork at the moment and while I did practice wheelies a little i still can’t go more than a few centimeters on the rear wheel only so I still need the front wheel attached somehow to the bike. ATM my functioning bikes are the mukluk, the fully rigid 27.5+ El Mar and a 26 k2 4000 with skinny tires...should I bother showing up?
Yeah. Feel for you. I did wood flooring when I first got our house and had to add subfloor in the living room and office area to bring it up to the kitchen height before laying the wood so I know what your going through. Been thinking of doing the lower level with laminate flooring because I forgot I said I wouldn't do it again. It's a long story...when we had the kitchen and dining room tiled we had to have the entire subfloor on the front of the house replaced, Including some pillars in the crawlspace, carrying beams foundation works etc. $$$$. I wanted to have tiles all across the front of the house but my wife at the time wanted it carpeted. When the contractor did the subfloor for some reason he added an additional layer of plywood to it underneath the hardie boards. That left about 1" of difference between the tiled surface and the bare plywood surface over the rest of the house. I had to add a mini ramp (real ugly) and stick-on tiles to pass inspection and certificate of occupancy. Fast forward a few moth my wife came around the idea of tiling the whole front of the house (now she actually wants the entire living room done, as it turns out it's easier to manage with a cat that started shitting wherever the urge comes to him) so I had to add the extra layer of plywood (which I just finished doing) and will be laying the hardie boards and tile over it. I'm expecting issues as I purchased the plywood using the same specs in the invoice for the original one, nevertheless now that it is in place it seems taller than the original one (I don't have any gap between the two layers, which is why it took me three days to lay it down trying to compensate for steps and uneven surfaces left at the time the job was done. Wow, that was a post and a half. Sorry.
Yup. That's it.Was this the lot?

I'll be hitting you up. Part of why I wanted to ride up there was to scope out some areas near greenwood lake. Potentially moving up to north jersey.Don't be sorry, life happens. Certainly not going to be the last time I'm riding Wayway, and you're welcome to join any time !
That is where ai was originally looking for a house, kept driving through Ringwood and thought it looked better so here ai am. The commute would have been longer for me. Word of advice, don’t buy a house without a basement.I'll be hitting you up. Part of why I wanted to ride up there was to scope out some areas near greenwood lake.
