I say we go with this one. Has good continuity from v1 and v2 but its different enough.

Loving this. Like @Paul H said, the skull is kind of a hats off to our V1/V2 jersey. Our FIRST OOS jersey and it seems to have become our symbol...like it or not. To me, it also represents our 'death card' moto (early days of OOS lingo). Others are starting to recognize our group at mtbNJ races/rides because of it, I think. I mean, Iron Maiden's Eddie is a skull so....Now we'll have to name it.
