Rode there last weekend. Closed. Trails were in good shape (lots of leaves). There are a few down trees, but easy enough to get over.

2 red circles indicate trees down. Pretty good size. I cleaned what I could on the right side tight switchback trail.

Awesome work going on here! Trails have even been leaf blown or raked. The trees I reported last week were all ready cleared. Unfortunately 2 more are down on flatlands trail just off lower lot. FYI I try to clear the trails of sticks after wind storms and the last 2 summers I have been trimming the sticker bushes. This summer I broke down and bought a hedge trimmer and cleared from Foran field up to the T. This is a great little trail system. Massive props to all who contribute time and resources. Much appreciated!

I cleared the blowdowns on flatlands this morning.

Trails are fine.


Some damp leaves but we’re going to need a lot more rain befores there’s actual mud.

They’re good. It was crunchy with frost heave this morning at 830. It slowed you down a little but tons of traction.

It may soften up on the foran trail but the rest should be fine.

Foran Field trail was wet but not terrible.. Everything else was good to go.

Rode on Sunday afternoon, bits of Foran were slightly soft, the rest was good. Hopefully it dries out this weekend after this week's rain.

Got this today. My POS battery chainsaw didn’t want to turn on so… silky time.

Also, we put up the trail closed signs at the 2 Nassau lots.

The bit that I walked was soupy and with the upcoming forecast, it seemed like the right time to do it.



If it’s frozen, go for it. But if it’s above 32 degrees, then it’s not going to be good for the foreseeable future.

Should we mark the trails as closed or muddy, don't ride on Trailforks? Is hiking ok?

Rode here yeasterday. A bit of trail heave. If possible go fat or e assist. It will be more fun that way.
