Awe ... Thanks BryBry, no matter I always say "Thank you for taking my picture!" when I'm racing. They always have a look on their faces like ... "Did she just say thank you?" If you take the time and effort to lay there in the grass and shoot pictures, than why not say thanks. 😛

Thanks Ellen, those long legs do make it easier to get a rythm over the barriers. Maybe if the cross races were just a few barriers and a finish line I might be able to stay with you and Miss Barbossa! By the way don't look now but I signed you up for Sunday's race at Sussex. I didn't have enough money to pay for Mr. Pixy so he has to pay his own way 😀

I might give it a try next year. I just had to get my knee scoped to fix the cartilage and take out a chunk of bone floating around. I'm just starting to get back on a bike now and working hard to come back strong for May :getsome:

Then I'll probably be down for some pain :cry:

Wow, sorry to hear Ei, at least you will be pain free. I hope your surgery won't keep you from the white snow packed slopes this winter. Heal up quick so next year you can fly past me like you always do :getsome:

Eileen, I hope things heal up for you. We miss seeing you on the trails. Although it hasn't felt like it yet, snow may be coming. I hope you can enjoy some of that too.

RC - I will be out in LI racing this weekend. Kill 2 birds with one stone and help me mom close her beach house for winter. I'll be at Sussex on th 28th for sure! Good luck this weekend:getsome:. It should be a good time.

Ellen I was shocked to see that you and Art are in for both days at Whitmore's You go girl! I remember last year when you raced at Sussex and I had asked you if you were going to do more races and you were like ... ah, "I'm only out here to see what it's like" You have excellent skills, glad your hooked.

If you do come up to ski/ride in the Catskills please post up and I'll meet ya.
I live only like 30 minutes from Bellayre and 45 minutes from Hunter. I'd love to go to Windam this winter, I never been there. Windam is kinda far, lord it must be at least an hour! 😀

Yeah, I know the weather stunk for us. Hopefully we can get out soon. I have 4 more races left this year, than I'll give ya shout.

Hey RacerChick, you had a doppleganger at Hartshorne yesterday. Complete with surly male companion. Both riding serious FS bikes and wearing knee and shin armor... I never would have known if you hadn't posted this photograph 🙂
