Tried a spin class at Marty's this morning at 5:30AM....awesome 1 hour workout...highly recommend if you can't get out on the trails or road. Info on their FB page and website.

just found out about this from Brett (aka, the Goat Herder) yesterday! awesome work to TC and the boys up there. what a killer benefit to have AT a bike shop!
