my parents live next to rahway park... you'd be surprised how many animals people just dump thinking they'd be fine. we wound up with two cats that way (one was declawed) and we had to give away more cats we found because we just couldn't take them in... i lost count with the number of times we called police/animal control for dogs.Aren't cats usually really good at finding their way back home?
